I have a Bachelor's degree in dance. I am experienced in Hip-Hop, Modern, Ballet, Jazz, Pilates, and Yoga. I have been training outside of New York City for the past year. I am comfortable leading and teaching one on one or a group. I am upbeat and energetic. I love teaching core stability and posture.
