Daniela Bycoffe

Yoga instructor, Nutritionist, and Thai Massage Therapist Daniela Bycoffe R.Y.T, has been a practicing Yogi for over 10 years. Daniela has studied various forms of Hatha Yoga from Ashtanga to Kripalu, but teaches her students in a Vinyasa Flow Form. Daniela’s classes are tailored to meet each students needs, and to help them gain balance and strength within their bodies. She fuses Core Training, Cardio, and Yogic Breathing into all of her sessions.Daniela is a graduate of The Integral Yoga Institute of New York, and continues her ongoing education and exploration into the various forms of Yoga & Bodywork.
