Heidi Hawk

Born & raised in Portland, OR, I was always around acitve people and the outdoors. As long as I can remember,  I've been involved in sports (tennis, downhill ski/racer, softball, track, swimming, cycling, strength training, golf, scuba/snorkeling, dance of vaiours types).

I have 3 incredible kids who are young adults and a wonderful husband, and a cool dog - and a neat turtle. 

I believe in living life by surrounding myself with those who believe in me and my desires and by doing the things that make me happy - yoga brings all this together. 

I've lived all over the west coast of the United States, New Jersey and Mexico.  Hablo un poquito Espanol. I love to travel and meet new people, and teaching yoga internationally (from individuals to large groups) just make this part of my life better. 

The most rewarding part of teaching is the moment when the student(s) completes their yoga practice I get to experience the smiles I see and the calmness around each one.
