I have a degree in Finance from George Mason University.

In 2007 I got my certification to become a Spin Instructor and worked for World Gym from June 2007 to September 2010 until Sport & Health bought the club.

July 2007 I started trainings with YogaFit, I have been teaching yoga from September 2007 to date. Have certification for my 200 YT

I received my certification for Mat Pilates October 2010.

Completed Pilates Comprehensive training through Balanced Body.

Pilates Comprehensive Education Program with Rebecca Leone.  Also Safe Spine training with Rebecca Leone.
