I have been practicing yoga for years and am passionate about sharing my love for yoga with anyone and anyone willing to listen. It is an absolute joy to share the practice and hold the sacred space of connecting breath with movement with everyone practicing together.  I love the energy and support in the yoga community and what to be able to share that all over the world.

One of the biggest appeals of yoga was that it gives me the opportunity to be in the present moment. My personal mission is to share my love for yoga with anyone and everyone. My goal is to meet the needs of each student and provide more than just an asana (physical) practice.
