Nancy Richards

Born in an athletic family, I enjoyed Track and Basketball as a high schooler, and Basketball and Flag Corps in college.  My degrees are  a Bachelor and Masters degree in Health and Physical Education, and an Associate degree in Nursing.  In addition to fitness teaching, I enjoy canoeing, sprint triathlons, biking, running, zip lining, and water skiing.
