  I believe that we are souls having a human experience and that alot of confusion exists because people believe in the opposite.  There are five point to living a  yogic lifestyle which are proper exercise, proper breathing, proper relaxation, proper diet and positive thinking with meditation.   Our body carries our soul around and one must take care of this vessel.  I started off by practicing yoga years ago but I know longer practice I live yoga.  I used to practice for myself but now I practice for everyone else.  In sharing the teachings of a yogic lifestyle I can bring some peace into the minds of others.  People go on vacation come home feeling recharged and energized with a yogic practice incorporated into their daily routine.  Life is about balance and yoga discipline is directly related to this idea.  Im a certified Classic Hatha Yoga Instructor and love sharing my practice with all levels.  I learn something from every class, every person I meet and love the journey we all share together.  Om Shanti
