I've been teaching fitness classes since 2003 and am an AFAA certified group fitness instructor and ISSA personal trainer. My exercise passions include group fitness classes, Zumba, bootcamp/interval training, and yoga. My philosophy is that fitness doesn't have to be boring, require hours on a treadmill, or counting out reps. My goal is to provide a safe, encouraging environment for all participants, whether this is your first or fiftieth class. I'm thrilled that you are looking for a fun and effective way to include fitness in your life, and hope to keep you motivated along the way!
My full-time job is as an Air Force Reserve C-130 pilot. I have deployed on multiple occasions and enjoy the challenge of managing a crew and airplane on a daily basis. My current job with the Reserves is as Chief of Safety for the 911th Airlift Wing in Coraopolis, PA. I have been a member of the 911th since November 1997 and thoroughly enjoy my military career!
