Helen Madrigali

  My love for yoga began more than 20 years ago. I returned to my yoga practice daily because it helped me live a more balanced and peaceful life. Over the years, I have had the great fortune of practicing with yoga masters including Manju Pattabhi Jois, Gerald Disse and David Kiel, to name a few. I have seen first hand the benefits of a life long yoga practice. I completed my 200 hour Power Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training at Power Yoga Works in Philadelphia. My hope as a teacher is to help my students explore how yoga can transform their minds and bodies. While there is no doubt that a daily yoga practice will help one acheive a firm body, even more profound is what a daily yoga practice can do to one's mind. I strongly believe that through yoga every person has the possibility of becoming more compassionate, centered and aware ......and with these possibilities the option to make a difference in the world.
