Micki Stary

My name is Micki Stary.  I have had the pleasure of teaching group fitness for over 25 years - since I was 16 years of age.  I teach most all classes and am also a certified personal trainer.  I am a National Manager for one of the largest privately owned fitness company in the world.  I love the opportunity to travel and perform what I love doing - improving other people's lives through fun and fitness!
