I am a nine year Breast Cancer Survivor - I believe in exercise and a health lifestyle.  I successfully received the LiveStrong Certification training at the YMCA in Rye, New York.

I took the course to become a Personal Trainer and am Certified.

I belong to LA Fitness and take boot camp classes and have taken Personal Training there.
