I have 13 years of experience working in corporate fitness centers, most recently managing the MassMutual Life Insurance Company's Wellness Activity Center in Springfield, MA outsourced by MediFit Corporate Services. In the capacity of Program Manager at MassMutual, I oversaw 3 Fitness Centers with 1,600 members and 30 employees, and 1,000 group exercise particpants per month. Currently I am teaching various fitness classes at MassMutual as well as Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, MA including Kickboxing, Yoga, Pilates, Step, and Boot Camp.
