Lynn Bushnell

I began my Yoga quest in Orange County, California, but deepened my education in Tokyo Japan, where I spent two years living and traveling in Asia as well as studying Iyengar, ISTHA and Hatha Yoga. I continued on my path when I returned to the U.S. and completed my Yoga Teacher Training studying Raja, Hatha and Ananda Yoga. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance as well as an Ananda Yoga Certified Instructor. I am constantly furthering my education and am also a Certified Meditation Instructor, Pilates Instructor and Reiki Practitioner. I teach a variety of classes from basic level ! to Power, Flow or Vinyasa Yoga. I also conduct workshops and classes that focus on kids, couples, seniors and the healing aspects of Yoga. My classes include breath and body integration, meditation, postural alignment and form, as well as building core strength. I currently teach for YogaWorks Studios in Orange County (Laguna Beach, Newport Beach and Mission Viejo Studios) and the Laguna Niguel Racquet Club. Starting a Yoga practice can be an overwhelming and daunting experience for many people. As a Yoga Advisor for Yoga Works I have been given an incredible opportunity to work with these beginning students and create a smooth introduction as they begin their Yoga Journey. With my Yoga instruction I hope to help my students see their interconnectedness with others, the world, the body, mind and breath. Peace
