AEA water instructor-all types of exercise in the water.Arthritis,aerobics,(mild to wild) yoga, pilates or core,circiut intervals. AFFA group fitness instructor certifies me to teach all land based group fitness classes from arthritis or chair aerobics to pilates and yoga. WSI water safety instructor certifies me to teach swimming lessons. LGI lifegaurd instructor certifies me to teach lifegaurding and CPR for the proffessional rescuer. I did not keep up my ISSA personal trainer certificate. I was not using it, or my MES certification.It was not necessary to maintain for any of my positions.
