The Central focus of Heather's training is to heal and strengthen the body thru movement while also having fun. Heather believes that her personal experience with injury and as a student has made her a stronger, more well rounded trainer. The core goal of Heather's training is to align, lengthen and release the body so each student can move more efficiently and results can happen. Heather believes that each student is capable of more then they know and she is driven to let their true strenth shine thru.
