Donnette Fox

I  grew up in Brooklyn New York with 3 brothers. I was always was interested in sports, playing with my brothers. i decided from young that i wanted to be a gym teacher. So as i entered college i declared my major as physical education and a minor in athletic training. I worked with all the sports team traveling to games and taking care of athletes. i also student taught physical education at a High School. i did not like it. So upon graduation i decided to do my Masters in Sports Medicine, which i loved. While doing my masters i got an internship working at gym in New York City doing personal training. This was my niche. I totally loved working with people. Getting them i shape, motivating them to lose weight and work hard. So after my Masters they hired me to work at this little club in the basement of a New York city building. Training clients for 30min from 5 am to 2 pm. So this was my 'thing' from 1986 - to present doing personal training.

i lived in Plainfield New Jersey with my husband and 2 boys.. I have been married now 25 years.The oldest is a sophomore attending Harvard College, and he is  nationally ranked as their 197 pound wrestler. My youngest is a sophomore in High School who is a football player and wrestler.

i am still a personal trainer at a fitness gym in Millburn, New Jersey, which i have worked here for 8 years. And I still LOVE WHAT I DO!!!
