I have been a physical therapist since 2001. Have directed two different PT programs however now own my own clinic specializing In a gentle manual approach for ultimate whole body healing and relaxation. I have coached sports for many years and now due to my large family and my own business I hold boot camps. I feel you can use what you have available to you with out going to the gym to get a great work out. I am a married mother of four children living in northern Vermont.
