Ludmila Adams

In addition to my Zumba ® & Zumba ® Toning certification, I have years of experience in working as a corporate, private and classroom instructor. I have learned the art, as well as the importance of, understanding and relating to the needs of the people I work with. Classroom presenting experience and public speaking have also helped me learn to present information in a manner that is easily understood.

My strengths include a passion for instructing, music, dance and interacting with people from all walks of life. As a dance instructor, I enjoy creating or learning new routines, listening to my student’s different tastes in music and challenging myself in finding ways to make it all work together.

I continue to enhance my personal and professional fitness education by taking Hip Hop, Jazz and other dance classes. This summer I have acquire my Pound Rockout Workout, Zumba ® Aqua, Zumba ® Gold certifications. I also completed taking specialty rhythm courses such as flamenco, Afro-house, Brazilian carnival and more during the Zumba ® Instructor convention
