Hector Morua

My name is Hector Morua and I am originally from Texas but have called San Diego home for the last five years. I work for the United States Marine Corps as a Family Readiness Officer, which includes counseling service and family members on a myriad of subjects to include education, work, healthcare. Prior to this job, I was an officer in the United States Air Force and served honorably for seven years. My time in the Air Force gave me the opportunity to live in Korea for one year and to deploy to Qatar for several months. It has been an honor to serve my country both as a service member and as a civilian.  I began to practice at CorePower Yoga about a year and a half ago in order to add to my existing training regiment; however, the practice has been transformational and in 2012 I decided to become certified as an instructor. I want to be able to share my new found love for yoga with more people and have them experience the changes both physically, mentally, and spiritually, the practice can bring.
