I am a Certified Holistic Lifestyle Coach.  I have a Passion for Wellness & am continuously on a quest to expand my Wellness knowledge.  I Specialize in Deep-Tissue, Reflexology, Hot Stone & Chair Massage.  I am also Currently a Certified TIMBUK FITNESS (TM) Instructor & A "Soul Grooves" Fitness Instructor.  I am so Excited to be able to offer so many wonderful Services to my Clients.
