Tina Miller

I have taught classes at our local colleges and universities as well as state employees at our health department and clinics. I have also designed programs for other facilities and trained their instructors. I had a competitive aerobics team back in the early 90's and we won gold medals in the AAU team division in 1994. I currently have a staff of 9 other instructors. We have an extensive group class shcedule. I own The Body Factory Health club in Cumberland, Md. I am married 21 years to Jeffrey and have two sons, Ryan 20 and Matthew 18. I am a vibrant, happy, enthusiastic person because of fitness!
