Meagan Houg

I graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Fitness.  I have been a group fitness instructor for three years now.  I have instructed yoga at my college rec center and the YMCA in Mankato.  I have experience teaching kids fitness classes and creating exercise and wellness programs.  I lead my college's Health Promotion program and established a holiday health challenge for employees.  I am a fitness enthusiast and love to spread the passion of fitness and wellness!  I am currently employed with AdvantageHealth as a Fitness Specialist.  I am in charge of the exercise facility in Cummins Power Generation company in Shoreview, MN.  I love helping others achieve their wellness goals and hope to reach out to as many individuals as I can!
