I, Stephanie Howe B.S, am a National Strength and Condition Association (NSCA) certified personal trainer and a group fitness instructor with specialty certifications in Mat Pilates and Indoor Group Cycling (NETA) and Les Mills Bodypump. I have experience teaching a wide range of group fitness formats from step aerobics to kettlebells to boot camp. I have been teaching and training since 2005 and have work experience in both community center and corporate fitness environments. My passion in life is to be a coach and a resource to those who want to improve their quality of life through exercise. It is my belief that working out should be an enjoyable experience and that is why I love group fitness, because together you can have more fun and work harder than you ever would on your own.
