Leticia Curiel Alcolea

My name is Leticia and I am yoga teacher. I am 36 years old and I graduated in 2010 as a Hot /Hatha Yoga teacher in Absolute Yoga Bangkok.

Alhtough I am not a full time yoga teacher , I have been teaching since I graduated in Thailand. Yoga is my passion and I find the time to share my knowledge and learn from other teachers and my students.

Between 2010-2011 I taught in a Yoga Center in Barcelona called Surya. The class were a mixed of hatha-vinyasa.

After that , I have been teaching beasically private classes of prenatal yoga and vinyasa yoga.

Nowadays I am still teaching private classes and also a private group of students at my own space.

I have been practicing different kind of yoga styles like hatha, vinyasa and ashtanga. My practice is quite regular, between4-5 times a week. I have been in workshops with Kahtryn Budig ,Amitai Coen and David Swenson.This year I have been to Kripalu to learn about prenatal teaching with Jacci Reynolds.

Teaching makes me feel happy and at my own place. I want to enjoy every opportunity that life gives me to be a better teacher.

 I also love good food, dancing, travelling, photography and nature.
