Michele Anthony

I am married with two Alaskan Malamutes. I am a AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, and a certified instructor in Turbo Kick and Pilates and Yoga (PiYo). I am also a U.S. Air Force veteran having served as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from June 2002-Sep 2006. I met my husband, AJ, when we were stationed in Guam in 2005 for a short tour. I followed him to South Korea where he finished his military service obligation as a Physician in 2007. While in South Korea, I trained at Osan Air Force Base in Tae Kwon Do under Grand Master Mun, who actually taught Chuck Norris during his military assignment. I earned a 1st Degree Black Belt.

While I was in the service I became overweight and developed hypertension. But in the summer of 2007, I got serious about my health problems, and lost over 30 pounds within a 2 month period bringing my waist line down from a size 10 to a size 0. Indeed, it took a lot of hard work and dedication. And ultimately, it was by the grace of God.

I became a certified instructor in Turbo in 2009 before I left the U.S. for a government position as a Military and Family Life Consultant for the U.S. Army Reserve in American Samoa. There I taught weekly turbo classes for the military and their families, and also led the soldiers' physical training (PT) during thier monthly drill weekends. I was trained in Army Combatives, Level I, and I also got certified in PiYo in 2010.

I am a Certified P90X trainer and the owner and operator of my business, Fit 4 Life Training. I strive to live a well-balanced, healthy lifestyle not just physically (through proper nutrition and regular exercise), but also emotionally (through healthy thinking), and spiritually (through exercising my faith in every day life).
