With more than two decades of fitness experience, Linda Shaw has developed a sharp eye for providing unique programs of wellness for the individuals she works with. She will customize each program and provide the hands on coaching and motivation necessary to make lasting, visible changes in every client. As an entrepreneur who quickly built her own successful fitness and wellness studio, she also empathetically helps clients to set priorities and create the balance needed for maintaining the ‘wellness plan’ they have worked on together to develop.
Linda attended UCLA as an exercise science major, and obtained the following certifications:
ACSM Fitness Specialist
NSCA Certified Personal Trainer
AASDN Nutrition Specialist
Wellness Coach
Linda has specialized in the areas of weight loss/management, nutrition consultation, biomechanics/postural analyzation/correction, specialized and balanced fitness programming. She has worked with several exclusive gyms in the Brentwood & Santa Monica area. She ran competitively throughout school, has trained golfers, and tennis players along with other sport athletes. She has over 12 years teaching rehab exercises for post rehab patients, evaluating, treating and assisting in the rehabilitation of numerous sports related injuries.
