I have an extensive sports background having competed in both baseball and football while getting a B.S. from Wagner College in NY. I am currently in training for a triathalon and in the past have competed in 5 and 10 k races. I have also been involved with bodybuilding having trained competitive bodybuilders. My hobbies include both in-line skating(which I have also taught) and kayaking. I also have coaching experience in both freshman football and baseball
