Kathy Gadbois

My name is Kathy and I am insired by all things Zumba.  I love teaching classes and am thrilled about the amount of energy that can be gained and shared from a room full of people enjoying Zumba.  My family is very important to me and I knew I needed to lead by example to make sure my daughter learned how to lead a fit, healthy and balanced life.  With the support of my husband I was able to leave my career and start a new one in the fitness industry.  I love training, encouraging and supporting my clients.  Their new found success is what drives me forward.  I have a zest for life, I have an amazing family, and I love getting a grove on with my Zumba  party people! That's me in a nut shell....and I love being in this nut shell!!!
