In 1999 I started practicing yoga and was intrigued by different styles of practice.  Study and practice have led to the joy of sharing different techniques to bring balance, physical and otherwise, into the lives of students.  Mat pilates is a naturally compatible addition to a yoga practice.  I've been able to teach and share yoga and mat pilates in the central Ohio area for the last decade while continuing my professional development with YogaFit and AFAA trainings.  During a continuing education class, I experienced my first aqua areobics class.  I was hooked on aqua fitness immediately and promplty asked my Group Fitness Supervisor to put me on the pool schedule right away.

Yoga is ultimatley about finding balance within your body and life.  When I'm not teaching a fitness class, I work in day habilitation for people with special needs. When not working, it's all about cultural exploration.
