My passion is helping others achieve a balanced life of all types of health including physical, social, spiritual, emotional, mental, and occupational. I believe that a balance of these values will enable a person to be the best he/she can be! Physical health is an extremely important component of balancing wellness because it affects the way we feel about ourselves, thus our perspective of how we fit into the world. Through training and teaching group exercise, I help people build the confidence in themselves they need to reach their physical goals, which in turn helps them develop the life they want. Exercise is meant to be fun and purposeful so I teach each client how to get what they want from their fitness routine.
