I have been active as a fitness instructor since 1994. My areas of expertise are aerobics, personal trainingand motivation, nutritional counseling, aquatics and yoga. I enjoy inspiring and motivating people while helping them develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Maintaining a regular schedule of workshops and continuingeducation courses keeps me abreast of the latest trends and technology. This enables me to provide morestimulating and effective classes and instruction to my students and clients. I feel it is imperative that each ofmy students and clients not only feel a sense of accomplishment, but also have fun so that they look forwardto exercising. Keeping fit and healthy gives me a positive outlook that I strive to share with others.
