My mission is to empower men, women and children with the knowledge, motivation and perserverance to take care of themselves through long-term fitness, nutrition and mindfulness education. Taking care of our mind, body as and spirit as a whole ultimately takes care of everyone around us and makes us all stronger. I teach you, then you teach others to take control of your health and learn how to live fit for life.
I am, first and foremost, a mom of three amazing boys and a wife to one super-special man. I have been working out and exercising seriously for more than 15 years with yoga, running, and weight training. While at home with my third son in 2009, I became a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor and have been training clients ever since.
After years as an elementary school teacher, I have now dedicated my life to teaching adults and children how to commit to a healthy lifestyle through food and fitness. I provide the individualized instruction needed to create lifelong habits for optimum health.
Most importantly, I incorporate the entire family, making permanent changes that will help everyone to achieve their goals as a group.
