Frank Lewis

I grew up in the central Ohio area and graduated with a business administration degree from Otterbein College in Westerville, Ohio.  After a few years in the "business" world, I developed an interest in weight loss and fitness.  For the past 16 years, I've dedicated my life to helping others improve their fitness levels and nutrition. Before moving back to Ohio, I lived on Hilton Head Island, SC and worked for one the best weight loss spas in the US; Hilton Head Health Institute.  In 2010, A&E television filmed a docudrama called HEAVY at the facility about 12 morbidly obese individuals and their battle to lose weight and get fit.  I was their Lifecoach on the series which aired in March of 2011.  I now live back in Columbus, Ohio and work for Life Time Fitness.
