I am a very high energy personal trainer and aerobics instructor! I love to teach cutting edge and somewhat trendy classes! Presently I am teaching a cardio strip tease class at Ferris State University in Michigan. This is my second year of teaching this class and it is always full of wonderful women of every age, shape and size! We all feel much sexier when class is over!! I also have nearly 20 years of experience teaching step aerobics, high/low impact aerobics, cardio kick and body sculpting! I am very outgoing and friendly and truly enjoy how rewarding it is to teach aerobics and to be a personal trainer! I've been married for 17 years and we have two boys, ages 13 and 11. (Hence the need for at least one vacation without the children!) I enjoy summers on our boat, and I downhill ski and travel to warm destinations in the winter! I own a personal training business as well as an advertising consulting firm.
