Sue has a B.S. in Nutrition and is an AFAA Certified Group Exercise Instructor and Personal Trainer. She is also certified in Pilates Matwork, TRX Suspension training and Nutrition and Health/Wellness Coaching.
Sue has been an active participant in fitness for over 30 years. She decided to take it one step further 13 years ago when she became a Certified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. Certification was a logical progression to satisfy her intense interest in fitness. It was also a perfect complement to her interest and degree in nutrition and foods.
Sue has taught all types of fitness classes: strength training, Pilates, step aerobics, floor aerobics, stability ball, and boot camp.
From a personal standpoint, fitness makes her feel good physically, mentally and emotionally. “Professionally, I love working in the fitness field because its great to have a positive impact on other peoples’ health and well-being. Its very rewarding when a client/member has their ‘aha!’ moment regarding fitness, eating well, and achieving improved health!”
Her interests in addition to her family include water sports, hiking, biking, and the Boston Celtics.
