I have practiced Pilates for about 5 years and I have recently qualified (June 2012) as a Mat Pilates teacher with Polestar UK.

I am reliable, affable, sociable and very enthusiastic about Pilates. I enjoy working with beginners, introducing them to the Pilates technique and also inspire and challenge the more advanced clients. I like sharing my passion with clients and help them to feel and look better. I have also a huge interest in nutrition, healthy lifestyle and the unique 'mind-body' connection.
