I am a graduate from the University Of Cincinnati and I am presently working on my Masters in Nutrition. From 1997 to 2000, I studied alternative medicine with the American College for Advancement in Medicine. My studies ranged from cardiovascular disease, oxidative therapies, advanced longevity, and nutritional approaches to degenerative diseases. I am certified in Colon Hydrotherapy and I am a Chelation Technician.
I was introduced to bodybuilding over 20 years ago by John Parrillo of Parrillo Performance and have been competing since 1985. In 1985, I won the overall in the Cincinnati Bodybuilding Championships, then 2nd in the Ohio State Championship, which qualified me for National competition. My first National competition was the 1986 NPC-USA, which I placed 8th. My next National competition was in 1987, which I placed 6th and my final National competition before retirement was in 1988 at the Junior USA where I won 2nd place in the heavyweight class. After a 10-year retirement from competing, I came back to win the overall at the 1999 Battle Of Champions and the overall in the 2000 Ohio State Championship. I have returned to National competition where I most recently won my weight class at the 2001 Master's Nationals. I have been a Master Certified Personal Trainer for the last 5 years and have devoted my full time to helping people overcome their weaknesses and build their strengths.
