Tamara Pfister

Tamara grew up on small Quadra Island just off the west coast of Vancouver, BC Canada. She enjoys a very active lifestyle and is excited to share the benefits of fitness and yoga wih others . In 2012 Tamara attended the Moksana Yoga Training Academy in Victoria, BC where she completed her 250 hr yoga teacher training certification. She has since instructed group yoga / fitness classes as well maintained a private client caseload. Tamara's aspirations are to one day operate her own private studio but untill then plans on gaining new experiences through fitness travel.
