I began my yoga journey about 16 years ago & have practiced & studied many different disciplines of yoga.  I practice Ashtanga,  however I teach Vinyasa Flow, which is a type of yoga that links breath to movement while moving between Asanas (poses).  

When I first decided to become certified,  it was really because I wanted a more detailed education and a more in depth knowledge of yoga.  As I learned more,  I felt that I would like to teach so that I could pass on the gift of yoga in a safe space to all that were interested.  

I teach a very cardiovascular yet spiritual class and my goal is to be able to have every student find their own strength, confidence & empowerment that they can take with them from their yoga mat,  into their every day life.
