My name is Kayla, I have a BS in Health Education and Promotion, a Master of Arts in Health Education, and I'm currently working on my Ph.D in Health Education and Promotion at the University of Alabama. I am a fitness instructor for the University of Alabama primarily in Aquatics, I also work for the office of health promotion and wellness. My specialty lies in worksite health. I have been teaching group fitness aquatic and land for 3 years now, I have experience with aquatic aerobic, land strength and toning, and cardio circuit training.
