I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years and love every minute of it! I've been a certified personal trainer since 2001, have always maintained my CEC's and am always striving to learn more. I developed and instructed Boot Camp classes from the get go (before they became popular) and have always had a following of clientele that have appreciated the way I instruct. I am focused on technique and form, more so then anyone else. I push and motivate my clients to expect more from their bodies and to teach them that this is a lifestyle change, not a quick fix.
I sustained a major hip injury, from a horse riding accident that opened up Yoga for me. When I couldn't move, Yoga was there. I am fast tracking and will be a fully certified RYT by November 30, 2012. I am also going to India in November to pursue my 500 RYT (lifetime achievement).
I am a mom to a beautiful daughter, a wife to an amazing husband and strong, motivated individual. I love fitness, health and horses!
