Abby Whiteside

During my graduate school assistantship I was primarily responsible for swimming and diving athletes at a Division 1 institute. Upon completion of my Masters degree I took a position with the Athletic Performance Center in Raleigh North Carolina. It is here that I have continued to grow as a clinician and professional in the sports physical therapy and sports performance roles. I have taken on teaching bootcamp classes, individual personal training sessions as well as developing knee prevention programs.
