I have been into fitness since my early 20's. I started in Aqua fitness and moved on to weight lifting, Kickboxing, Step and Pilates. I fell in love with Zumba and became a Zumba instructor and a year later added Aqua Zumba to the list. I currently teach 2 land Zumba classes, 3 Aqua Zumba classes, 3 core classes and 3 hours of personal training each week.
