Since I was 13 I have been taking group fitness classes, back when my sister used to teach fitness classes in thongs and leg warmers! I have always had a passion for working out and love teaching classes. I teach a variety of classes from Pilates, Yoga, Step, R.I.P.P.E.D, Strength and weight lifting classes, and Spinning.
I work in a Transplant Laboratory as my full time job, but teaching classes has always been my "fun" job. I love sharing my passion and enthusiasm for fitness with my participants. I always say "You're only one workout away from a good mood!" and completely believe that working out is the best way to turn around a bad mood or a bad day!
My certifications include Spinning, AFAA group fitness, Group Power, Group Centergy, Group Ride, Real Ryder, R.I.P.P.E.D, and I'm currently working to finish my 200 hour RYT yoga teacher training. I just recently became an owner of a yoga, Pilates, Barre, and fitness studio and I love every miute that I get to spend in our studio!
