I am a 40 somrthing Yoga Instructor. My preferred style is a fitness oriented flow. I teach yoga in a family friendly envirornment and as a mother of 4 that is important to me. My classes are always conducted in a professional, safe, fun, and challenging way. I love the opportunity to connect with others through teaching yoga.
