Natasha Rogers

I have been teaching group fitness for the past 22 years, yoga and Pilates for 17 years and personal training for the past 18 years. I teach almost all formats including weight lifting, kickboxing, boot camp, circuit and interval training, step, ball and bosu classes, aqua and cycle. I am comfortable with people of every fitness level and age group and I tailor each class to meet the needs of my participant’s whether they are beginners or advanced athletes. I am experienced with rehab and special needs and arthritis issues. I love to teach. I enjoy meeting people and working with them to better their fitness and health. I have the flexibility, resourcefulness and experience to be able to adapt to all teaching environments.

I am married and have one child. My husband and I enjoy racing mountain bikes, adventure and obstacle races, challenging hikes, scuba diving, snorkeling and anything outside.
