Since early childhood I have loved watching how beautiful the human body is in movement.  From ballet to cirque du soleil, I loved it all, and I knew that my life would somehow be involved with my love for movement.  Little did I know that in 2005 this passion would finally be ignited, when my path crossed with a simple but elegantly modified child's toy known simply as the hula hoop.  Ahhh, the possibilities it held....  As my eyes brightened and my smile grew wider, each and every time that I found myself lost in the hoop, I realized that this is where I was meant to be.   My daily practices led me to teaching hundreds of hoopers across the US, as well as being able to perform this beautiful dance for thousands.   

I am based in Los Angeles, CA , where I now train hoop enthusiasts and fitness experts to become certified hoop teachers as the Teacher Training Coordinator and Master Trainer for Hoopnotica.  I have a private studio where I record my practices and place them on youtube, so that I can share this amazing form of movement/exercise with others around the world. When I'm not teaching Teacher Training classes, I am actively teaching a variety of dedicated hoopers.    

My long time love of dance has allowed me to express the uniqueness of my soul in my hooping.  Whether it's one of my hand-made hoops, LED's or fire hoops, I will always find a way to amaze the crowd.  With hooping it's easy to do.
