I was born October 9, 1964, and proud to be 41 years old, which I say is the new 31. I was
a math teacher for several years, then decided to have children. I never went back to teaching math, but have have maintained my status as an excercise professional for over 25 years. I have also taught cooking classes at a local community college. I love teaching, and motivating adults to enjoy who they are, and to love the life they live. I try to inspire people to make changes if they are not happy, and to embrace the things in their lives that bring them joy. I infuse my excercise classes with comedy, because it really makes people laugh. The classes I teach can be quite gruelling, so the laughter
helps everybody through it. I call it "exertainment". I am not only motivating the group to strive to be healthier through exercise, but also to be healthier because they smile more often after coming to my class.
I have been happily married for 13 years, and have two children ages 7 and 9.
