My name is Beth Auden Cosi. I am a Yoga teacher..that is my calling and my heart-song. I practiced yoga for many years, but didn't find my voice as a teacher until I "lost" my voice as a person. It ws through loss and a series of consequences, that i found my way to my best self.
Yoga is the union of breath and movement. Whether you are flowing with vigor or yielding with intention, it is the breath that anchors your mind and opens up your body. It is my belief that through a diligent and mindful yoga practice that each student has a divine opportunity to ignite a fire (tapas!) within themselves, removing obstacles and honoring their truest self. It is my intention as a teacher, to initiate space for change, to honor the efforts of my students, and to encourage kindness and respect for ourselves and for all beings.
I teach Yoga full-time and support myself and my two beautiful children through my passion. I love to travel and meet people and discover new places. I speak a bit of Spanish, well enough to feel confident in most conversations.
