Timaree Schmit

While in graduate school, I began my career as a fitness pro. Working out had a been a lifelong passion and a great source of strength and peace, but now it was a great way to utilize my skills as a professional educator and help an ever-increasing number of people around me find THEIR passion and move towards their goals. 

It's my life's work to help other people find the tools they need to feel better, think clearer and work towards positive, affirming objectives. And if I get to have fun, listen to music and do my favorite thing in the world (work out) while doing so, even better.
